How to Return Your Suit or Separates

Whether you are returning your clothing at the end of your rental period, or want to return or exchange any item(s), the process is free* and easy.

  • If you are returning your clothes at the end of your rental agreement, simply pack and return your suit or separates, label, and ship as detailed below. 
  • If you want to exchange or return an item because it doesn’t fit, it was damaged during shipment, or you’ve changed your mind, call our Customer Service team at 800-321-3883 to get authorization to return the package. Our representative will send you a link for a return shipping label. Requests for returns and exchanges must be received within 15 days of our shipment to you.

Here’s how to package and send your suit or separates back to us:

Pack and secure the box. For your convenience, the original box your clothing arrived in can be used for returns or exchanges. If you no longer have it, you can return the item(s) in a clean, comparable-sized box that’s sturdy enough for shipping and free of tears, rips, bends, or other damage. Remove any old labels or cross out old markings. Carefully fold and pack the clothes into the box, enclose the return/exchange form (the form is unnecessary if you are returning this at the end of your rental agreement), and use postal-quality shipping tape to seal it.

Label the package. Check any of the return reminder or confirmation emails we’ve sent you for a link that enables you to print a label. Apply the label to your package, being sure to cover the original shipping label so that it gets to the right place.

Drop it off for UPS pickup. You can drop your labeled package off at any UPS Access Point™ or The UPS Store®. Your campus may have one or more drop-off locations, too. You can find a location at ups.com/dropoff.

 

Exchange Policy

 We accept exchanges within 15 days of the date your order was shipped to you. We will process your exchange within three business days from the time we receive it, and send your replacement item(s), covering the cost of shipping. You can expect your exchanged item to arrive within 5-7 business days of receiving our "your item has shipped" confirmation email.

*Suitable Attire covers normal shipping costs associated with one exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of subsequent exchanges or for expedited shipping of the first exchange.
